i have vegan friends that say that cakes are hard to kind so i felt like i should invent something good for them and i thought i may not be a fantastic cook but i love cooking and i can never really follow recipes  but always end up making my own so get go and give it a try

i wanted to put the whole cake but they where so amassed at how good it looked and than  i was amased how fast that it finished, i had to get my i pod and make a pick or else no pic, i will make a video   soon cause it easer to understand but will take some time sorry guys thanks for looking at my posts

non stick pan
200g semolina
70 g butter vegan us margarin
1/2 cup rasins
3 cups hot water + 1/2 cup or up to you tast canella sugar
3 tbsp cannella powder
Coconut powder to sprinkle at end like icing effect

boil more water than needed  the water put the kettle on, put in a cup  or put and add the sugar and cannella powder  and keep aside ready

do not lower the heat
heat the pan
add the butter
when it melted half add the rasins
when the raising are swollen or golden you will understand when you see them
add the semolina, keep string till it has become golden brownish but remember keep stirring cause under it will cook and burn
add the water, you will see the the semolina is cooking fast and thick
it should look like a smooth past when it has reached a thick consistency
grease the tin shown in the pic sorry out of words how it is called, in italian it's called crostata tin

add the cooked semolina past and with a spatula greased of but or margarin squash in shape it has to be touching all the corners and flat if it think no worries

i did it all on eye measurements so i hope i am correct, if it's to much
you can make balls and roll them in coconut for bits or a thin tin to make cubes

it's healthy for kids and good enjoy
